Along with updates for GroupMe for iOS and Android, Microsoft has updated GroupMe for Windows Phone too. This update now includes Calendar integration, you can now invite people in the group for an event, people can respond to the event and more.
What’s New in 4.9.0:
- You’ve been asking for this feature for a long while and now its here: we’ve added Calendar to GroupMe. We’re sorry if this makes your standard excuse of “Oh, that was tonight?!” invalid.
- Just name it. Describe it. Add a location. Maybe even a photo. A couple of reminders later and hooray! It’s a party.
