Microsoft has released a new update for the Groove Music app on Android. The update is fairly major, and it introduces three new features for Groove users. With the update, you can now dive deeper into different music genres right from the Groove Musci app as it now lets you find the relevant artists, songs, and albums from a particular genre. The update also adds the ability to start a radio for a particular genre, which was a much-awaited feature. Here’s the full changelog:

  • For a given music genre, explore the relevant artists, albums, and songs
  • On a genre’s page, play radio based on that genre
  • See and hear playlists shared by others
  • Various bug fixes

As you can see, the update isn’t anything significant but it is still quite a nice update. If you are a Groove Music user, you can grab the latest update for the app from the Google Play Store here.
