We reported over the weekend that Windows Phone developers were experienced 90% reduction in fill rates from the Google Admob ads.
Google did not acknowledge the issue until it received wide media coverage, but did yesterday say they would investigate the issue.
It sees the attention has caused Google to flip the other switch, as today Googleโs AdMob twitter account claims to have resolved the issue, saying:
Last night we fixed the Windows Phone issue in AdMob and fill rates should be back to normal. Thanks for bearing with us.

Irrespective of whether Google has fixed the issue or not, depending on Googleโs capriciousness seems to be a rather dangerous strategy.
For our readers who are developers, have the problem been resolved, and do you plan to develop contingencies in case they recur? Let us know below.
