Thanksgiving miracle as Facebook and Instagram experience outages

It’s Thanksgiving and it looks like Facebook’s servers couldn’t take the massive rise in Turkey pictures. According to Down Detector, both Facebook and Instagram are experiencing outage worldwide with WhatsApp lodging some random issues as well.
The outage seems to be affecting parts of the US, Europe and Asia and is affecting both Facebook and Instagram. At this point, Facebook hasn’t revealed any information about the outage but we expect them to share the details soon. Instagram, on the other hand, has turned to Twitter to confirm the outage.
