Dropbox Office

It seems Microsoft’s least popular OS since Windows ME, Windows 8.1, is being dropped like a hot potato by an increasing number of companies.

First, we had Microsoft Translator removing their app from the store, and now Dropbox has also joined the list leaving the OS. The app is no longer available to download from the Windows Store on Windows 8.1 and the company has confirmed that they no longer support the OS.

Of course, the problem only affects the UWP app – the service itself continues to support Windows 7, 8.1 and Windows 10.

Thanks, Hans for the tip and screenshot.
