QuakeCon 2018 finally provided us with our very first look at gameplay from DOOM Eternal. As you can imagine, it was just as bloody and chaotic as you’d expect.
The developer has stated that DOOM Eternal will feature a mode that allows players to invade the games of other players as demons, even being able to team up and create a hunting party. This Doom Slayer is bigger and badder than ever, so you’ll definitely need to watch out with the new arsenal at his disposal.
Id Software is also looking to expand the universe’s lore more than ever before.
DOOM Eternal doesn’t have a release date just yet, but it is set to arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
