Discord has introduced new features to enhance user profile customization across desktop and mobile platforms. Users can now personalize their profiles by updating avatars, bios, and display names. For those with Discord Nitro, additional options include animated avatars, custom banners, and per-server profiles.
To modify your profile, navigate to User Settings > Profiles on desktop or tap your avatar and select “Edit Profile” on mobile. Here, you can change your avatar by uploading a new image or GIF (for Nitro users), edit your “About Me” section with up to 190 characters, and specify your pronouns in a dedicated field.

Nitro subscribers have the added benefit of customizing their profiles for individual servers. This includes setting unique avatars, banners, and bios for each server, allowing for distinct identities across different communities.
These updates aim to provide users with more control over their online presence, enabling a more personalized and expressive experience on Discord.
