Denim Lumia Camera update finally rolls out to the Nokia Lumia 830 (Update – False Alarm)

Lumia Camera

Update- False Alarm, it’s just a trivial bug fixing update.

Original article:

WindowsBlogItalia reports that Microsoft has rolled out an update to Lumia Camera to the Nokia Lumia 830 which finally brings those great features we have been hearing about these last few months to that Windows Phone.

The update of course requires Lumia Denim, already installed on that handset, and brings features such as:QRCode

  • Speed : to seize the moment, thanks to Lumia Camera and speed of start-up and image capture, you can take many pictures in sequence with an interval of only a few thousandths of a second.
  • High definition : using Moment Capture will be enough to hold down the camera button present on the app to start recording video in 4K quality at 24 frames per second. The frames have a high quality 8.3 megapixel camera, allowing you to select each frame and save it as a still image. (On the 830 this is limited to 2K recording)
  • Rich Capture : always ensures the best shot, simplifying the process through automatic HDR and Dynamic Flash. Rich Capture eliminates all the problems of camera setting and allows you to take photos or edit them to select the best shot at a later time.
  • Quality : the best picture possible with a smartphone in low light conditions thanks to the latest generation of imaging algorithms.

The updated app can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.
