Reports are coming in that the Dell Venue Pro is having an issue connecting to secure networks.
BGR notes:
Affected users report that when they attempt to connect to a secured Wi-Fi network using the standard Wi-Fi utility, they receive the following message: “your phone couldn’t reach the Wi-Fi networkâ€. Users report no such problem when connecting to unprotected wireless networks.
These issues are of course exactly the type meant to be avoided by Microsoft taking more direct responsibly for the software and hardware of the devices, and will provide an early test for Microsoft’s update implementation.
