Dell today updated the world’s first 17-inch 2-in-1 with 8th gen Intel processor and new features. The 360 degree hinge enables users to use this device in four different modes. It comes with FHD IPS resolution touch display that provides impressive detail in laptop, tent, stand & tablet modes. It is powered by the latest 8th gen Intel Core CPUs to offer up to 40% better performance than previous gen products. Coming standard, the NVIDIA GeForce MX150 discrete graphics provides for even quicker video edits.

Up to 16 GB of dual channel DDR4 memory is great for multi-taskers and the optional SSDs up to 512GB provide longer battery life and quicker responsiveness. It includes an infrared camera that works with Windows Hello to allow you to log in with a look, conveniently & securely.

The Waves MaxxAudio Pro audio software tuned speaker enhances the audio experience and SmartByte streaming technology ensures smooth video streaming. The USB Type-C port MX150 Display Port allows you to connect to ultra-high resolution external displays & DC-in, so you can charge your 2-in-1 the same way you do on your tablet. Apart from this port, it also comes with a HDMI v1.4, 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 with PowerShare, 1 USB 2.0, Noble lock slot, and Media Card Reader (SD, SDHC, SDXC).

Inspiron 17 7000 2-in-1 will be available at select Best Buy stores and BestBuy.com in October starting at $949.99.
