CSS Corp, a tech support services company, has partnered with Microsoft to use Office 365, reducing its IT costs significantly, and improving cloud based communication and collaboration amongst its 5500 manned global workforce. With Office 365, CSS Corp aims to utilize Yammer in building internal communications programs, using SharePoint Online for storage and co/authoring, Skype to help employees stay connected across long distances, and Exchange Online to enable cloud based email for employees and external audiences.

CSS Corp CIO Srinivas Anappindi said about the partnership, “Office 365 helps us address all our communication challenges, while making our storage and IT hassles simpler and convenient. As the service is self-provisioned, we also get the benefits of using Office without worrying about IT maintenance, allowing our resources to focus on the core business processes.”
