Christmas is just ten days away and with the recent release of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds into the Xbox Game Preview Program, Microsoft is offering a deal on this popular title and the company’s latest 4K capable console, the Xbox One X. Those who purchase an Xbox One X will get PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds bundled in with it for free (via Xbox Wire).

Microsoft is offering this special holiday promotion from December 17 through December 31, so you’ll have the rest of the month to take advantage of this deal. The offer is only available in select regions, so check in with your local retailers. You can also purchase an Xbox One X online through the Microsoft Store.

In this announcement, the company also revealed that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds saw over one million players within the first 48 hours of its launch on Xbox One. It seems that some glaring technical issues haven’t diminished fans’ enthusiasm for the Battle Royale. While it does have frame-rate problems on both of Microsoft’s consoles, it is important to remember that it is still in Game Preview. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is an Xbox One X enhanced title and runs at 4K resolution on that system, so if you want to play it on consoles this will be a deal you won’t want to miss out on.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently $29.99 through the Microsoft Store. A standard 1TB Xbox One X will set you back $499.99.
