Bungie has announced Destiny 2

Destiny was one of the biggest games of 2014, and we’ve known about the sequel’s existence for a while now. Activision mentioned the game during a financial meeting earlier this year, and a poster for it leaked out just a few days ago. Now Bungie’s made its existence official with a single tweet.

The image – shown above – features the apparent destruction of The Last City from the original Destiny, which is mankind’s final bastion on Earth.
While there isn’t any other information about the game out there, we’ll hopefully find out pretty soon – a similar thing happened with Red Dead Redemption 2’s own Twitter tease, which was quickly followed up with real information about the game.
