We love first party banking apps, because by their very nature 3rd parties can not safely produce them.
The arrival of each one is therefore great news, and the latest to join the queue is Belgian bank BNP Paribas Fortis, who told reader Davide that they are also working on a Windows Phone app which (like most it seems) will be released this fall.
As mentioned yesterday, it seems the banking app issue is very much on the way to being solved, at least for larger banks, though I think it is clear Windows Phone will need to gather even more momentum to convince the smaller players to invest.
