It is no rumour that Blackberry Messenger is coming to Windows phone, with the company’s CEO John Chen confirming the app will be coming to Windows Phone in Blackberry’s Fiscal Q2, or between May and July 2014.

Now twitter leakster Blackberry Leaks has tweeted that the software has now gone out to beta testers for testing.

BBM is said to have more than 80 million active users and I am sure there are plenty of Windows Phone users who would love to get onto the network. Hopefully the software will make it to our platform sooner rather than later.
