Some rather interesting games are joining backward compatibility today. Batman: Arkham Origins might not have been the best Batman game out there, but it’s still a lot of fun and looks amazing even to this day. The game’s main storyline is set 5 years before 2009’s Batman: Arkham Asylum and follows a younger, less-refined Batman. A bounty is placed on him by crime lord Black Mask, drawing 8 of the world’s greatest assassins to Gotham City on Christmas Eve. The villains, including the Joker and Anarky, take advantage of the chaos to launch nefarious schemes, while Gotham City police try to apprehend Batman.

Unfortunately, the other games joining backward compatibility today are rather forgettable experiences in my opinion. While Deadliest Warrior, Disney Bolt and Fighting Vipers are good, Batman: Arkham Origins is definitely the star of the show today.
