The new IE11 browser in Windows Phone 8.1 has inherited some nice features from the desktop app.

Like the desktop browser you can now use gestures to move to the next and previous page.

Hopefully the browser will also support Flip Ahead, which allows readers to use the forward gesture to move to the next article, even if that page has not been loaded yet.  Readers using a touch-screened enabled PC and IE11 can try Flip Ahead on WMPoweruser.com, where we have implemented it some time ago.
