Apple Arcade, Apple’s Xbox Game Pass competitor, has already seen its fair share of leaks, but the video game subscription service may launch at a surprisingly low price.

According to a new report from 9to5Mac, Apple Arcade may launch at the remarkably low price of just $4.99. Compared to other services, like the $12.99 PlayStation Now, it’s a very low price point that matches the service’s more casual audience.

According to the report, the video game subscription service will also launch with a 30-day free trial for all players. Currently, the service is in an internal testing period until its launch which is presumed to be on September 10th.

Apple Arcade will launch with support for Family Sharing which will let every customer share their subscription with others. With companies like Disney attempting to squander family sharing on other services, it’s nice to see some companies officially support the right to share what you own.
