An update is rolling out to your Lumia Icon, but its not WP8.1

We have some good news from Verizon Lumia Icon owners, but its not the great news they have all been waiting for.

Verizon is pushing out a firmware update for the Nokia Lumia Icon, which brings many improvements, fully documented in a PDF from the company. It is however not the WP8.1 update we are all waiting for.

The main improvement is to WIFI connectivity,  which suggests to us that the issue some NL 930 owners have complained of, of WIFI connections dropping, is also due for a fix.

The update also brings roaming enhancements when traveling internationally.
