1)Have you developed Apps for any other platforms before? If Yes What are they?

I have been a Silverlight developer from its early days. My recent project was Signbook and me and my team we’re in the top 6 of Imagine Cup. World’s largest student competition.  Addition to that I have worked on several Silverlight projects.

We do have a lot of experience in mobile development both from Windows Mobile and also iPhone development so getting started with wp7 was a breeze.

2)Why did you choose WP7 as a platform of your choice?

WP7 was a natural choice for us because we can use our existing silverlight skills to do amazing, rich apps that the consumers will love. The addition of a whole new ballgame with a fresh marketplace and platform was also a big factor.

3)Which one do you think as the single most feature you liked in WP7?

Definitely Silverlight development generally. It allows to build totally awesome 3rd party apps and i think we are going to see some really amazing apps in the not so distant future.

4)Are you satisfied with WP7 Platform development tools?

I’m very satisfied. It’s going to be really interesting ride with WP7. Visual Studio and blend work really well together and it allows developers to be really productive. I would like to see some kind of implementation of an on device sql compact database, database API  and an Bluetooth API in the future.

5)What are the Apps you are developing now in WP7?Details on the Apps?

We are going to submit 3 apps to marketplace when wp7 is launched:

Todo can help you organize your things to a space where style, sophistication and happiness live. Todo is an simplistic application for lightweight task management. It has all the features you need  to organize your tasks and getting them done.

Pass is password management for people who have trouble in remembering all of their passwords (who doesn’t?). Many people have already decided that a world where passwords are everywhere is one they don’t want to live in. It actually is possible to remember all your passwords. Soon you’ll wonder how you ever managed to live without it.

If you are like us you constantly want to measure timing, performance and efficiency .

And that’s exactly what Timer Pro does. Timing for the user is simplicity, but behind it are precise calculations.

6)In what way Microsoft can improve their WP7 or What does WP7 lacks from?

It’s hard to say in this stage because i haven’t properly used one yet. But based on reviews and comments I’d have to say the usual copy & paste and multitasking. But I definitely see why they left them from the initial release. In terms on just features WP7 still has some catching up to do.

7)Future Plans of you?

We are now working on few projects for WP7 that utilize the metro design. We can’t wait to get our apps to the marketplace and in the hands of our customers. Stay tuned!
