Why do we need Maps on Xbox (Custom)

With the Xbox Summer Update which was released over the last weekend, Microsoft has added support for Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps on Xbox. Soon, developers will be able to publish their UWP apps to Xbox Store taking advantage of features like Cortana, Background music and more. Yesterday, Microsoft released its Groove UWP app for Xbox with all the features which were available on Windows.

Now, Microsoft is planning to release Maps app for Xbox as well. From last night, Maps app started appearing in Ready to install section for some users.
