Microsoft also announced the preview of support for Windows Server Containers with Kubernetes. Organizations can now try both Docker Swarm as well as Kubernetes through ACS. They also released an update for their DC/OS support to version 1.8.8. DC/OS. This update comes with a new orchestration framework called Metronome to run scheduled jobs, UI improvements and the addition of GPU and CNI support in the Universal container runtime.
