Microsoft today announced that the company is releasing Outlook REST APIs for Mail, Calendar, and Contacts support for Office 365 and Outlook.com. The company will rolling it out alongside the new upgrade for Outlook.com. Microsoft stated that apps will be able to use Outlook REST APIs to access users’ mailboxes, and allow developers to reach 400 million monthly active users:
