Google just announced a batch of new features on YouTube during today’s Made On YouTube event. One of them is the AI Insight tool, and as you may have guessed, it sounds really promising.

In case you missed the stream, AI Insight is a YouTube tool that helps creators come up with new video ideas based on what their audience is already watching.

Google reported in its official blog that in an internal test, more than 70% of creators said AI Insights helped them develop and test video ideas.

Take a look at how it works below:

Besides that, YouTube has also made its very own TikTok-like editing app that’s currently in beta on Android. It’s called YouTube Create, and it’s designed to “streamline the production process” of your Short videos.

But it seems like YouTube is not going to escape the “TikTok wannabe” accusation any time soon.

Not too long ago, we reported that YouTube is testing a new way for streamers to go live on mobile, with a vertical feed that will be visible when browsing Shorts. This is similar to the FYP (For You Page) on TikTok, where users can scroll through a feed of short videos.
