At Ignite 2018, Microsoft previewed a new feature that will allow you to capture a photo of a hand-drawn or printed data table and turn it into an Excel spreadsheet. Once the data is available on Excel, it can be edited, analyzed and shared. This image recognition feature eliminates the need for you to manually enter data.

This feature is called “Insert Data from Picture” and Microsoft today announced that this feature is now rolling out to all Android devices. Microsoft will also roll-out to iOS devices soon.
