Microsoft today announced the release of new Spotify add-in for Skype Insiders in the US. With the Spotify add-in, Skype users can preview and share songs with others. In a chat, users can launch the Skype Add-in panel (+ icon) to find and add the Spotify Add-in to their chat. Here’s what you can do with Spotify add-in:

  • Search for songs, albums & artists
  • Preview and Share music
  • Play music on Spotify

Skype Spotify add-in will also be rolled out to all Skype Insiders around the world in the coming weeks.
