Microsoft today announced the release of the latest update for Windows Subsystem for Android on Windows 11 to all Insiders. This v2309.40000.8.0 comes with improvements to system and graphics reliability, and support for Android Geocoder APIs. This build also includes Android 13 platform updates. Find the full change log below.

Platform reliability improvements.
Allow .cer files to be shared to Android.
Graphics improvements.
