Windows Phone Design team got huge accolades as it won three awards at Industrial Designers Society of America(IDSA) awards 2011. It got awards in the following categories,

  • Interaction Gold Award
  • People’s Choice Award
  • Best In Show Award

Congrats to Windows Phone Design team on behalf of WMPoweruser readers. More than these awards, Windows Phone design has inspired many teams at Microsoft such as Windows 8 team to follow Metro Design language which is a again a huge effort. Kudos to them.
