New Windows Phone OEMs seems to be popping up everywhere, offering the same standard hardware.
This time HDBlog.it noticed new OEM NGM offering the standard 7.2 mm slim model with the Harley-Davidson branding at IFA 2014.
The device features:

- Processor: Quad Core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm
