The Lumia effect has seen Windows Phone share double in the Netherlands, and it is having a similar dramatic effect in France, where it has boosted the browser share as measured by Statcounter above 1%.

At the same time Blackberry is meeting the graph on the way down, meaning in the next few weeks we should see the lines cross, and Windows Phone overtaking the ailing Canadian OS in browser share in France.

Hopefully we will see that line continue to curve up dramatically so Windows Phone 7 can finally escape from being the 1%-er OS.

BTW, that graph for the Netherlands is starting to look pretty good also.
