While there is nothing new here, of note is that students will be able to develop completely for free, with no cost for the tools or registration, but will still be able to sell apps and make money. Pretty cool and if I was a CS student I would be revving up to be first on the marketplace in 3-6 months time (hopefully not with an iBoobs app 😉 )
