With the Windows 10 Creators Update, Microsoft introduced a new feature in Windows 10 called Pick Up Where You Left Off. As the name of the feature suggests, it basically lets you start working on something on your PC and continue working on it on your phone when you are away from your PC (and vice-versa). At the moment, the feature only works between Windows 10 PCs in the Windows 10 Creators Update — but with the upcoming Fall Creators Update for Windows 10, Microsoft will be bringing it to your phones as well.

At Build 2017 today, Microsoft announced that the company will soon bring the Pick Up Where You Left Off feature to Windows 10 Mobile, iOS, and Android devices via Cortana. With Pick Up Where You Left Off enabled, you will be able to start editing a Word document on your PC but continue working on it on your Android smartphone when you’re on the go.

Pick Up Where You Left off support will be coming to Android, iOS, and Windows Phone devices with the upcoming Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which is set to arrive later this year.
