Showing off something somewhat unlikely on April Fools’ day is probably not the best idea, but that is just what the Windows 10 on ARM hackers did yesterday with the tweets showing Windows 10 running on the OnePlus 6T.
The team has actually been working on booting Windows 10 for ARM on the handset for a few days now, and have even posted a video showing the OS in action.
Touch works, UFS doesn't, so the next step will have to wait for *that* to somehow be figured out. pic.twitter.com/b5GE3HIxKR

A little clip of the 6T I wanted to upload the other day. Don't mind the rotation, video editing capabilities on phones are horrible and I don't have any encoding tools on PC at hand. pic.twitter.com/vu6RQuJmzz

Ben Imbushuo, one of the earliest Windows 10 on ARM hackers, revealed that Windows 10 on ARM is relatively easy to port to ARM devices, saying:

If you understand all of that you are probably ready to port Windows 10 to your Android handset, in which case it may be a good idea to follow the hackers on Twitter here.
