UPDATE: Microsoft is now testing build 10586.312, which doesn’t include any major new improvements either.
Original article follows below.
Microsoft is actively working on the next major update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile: the Anniversary Update. However, the company continues to work on improving on Windows 10 Version 1511. Recently, the company released Windows 10 Build 10586.240 and Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.242 which included a number of bug fixes and improvements. Now, the company is working on a new cumulative update for Windows 10 Mobile: build 10586.306.
As usual, the latest cumulative update probably does not include any new features — however, it should include some bug fixes and performance improvements which are always appreciated. It isn’t clear if the company plans to roll this out to the public, or Insiders in the Release Preview ring. Microsoft will probably release after testing, and if the company thinks that the build is a good candidate for a new public release.
We will let you know once this build is available to the public – until then, tell us what you think of the recent cumulative updates for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile in the comment section below.
