You need only open Wifi Image Gallery on your pc or smartphone and everyone will connect with a simple browser using the address that is displayed.
If the other device is a PC Windows 8.1 or a smartphone with Windows Phone 8.1 you can use Wifi Image Gallery in the other device to display images and video with a simple and intuitive interface.

Wifi Image Gallery app is universal, so you can buy it once and have it available on Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1. The price is 1,49$ and a trial version is available.

The trial version has a limit of 15 images can be displayed for the folder and does not allow you to save files from the client.
