WhatsApp releases a new update for Windows Phone, brings new features and improvements

WhatsApp has rolled out a new update for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile users. The latest update has bumped the app to v2.17.334.0 and brought features and improvements. One of the most noticable feature is the new emojis which were rolled out to Beta users sometime back. Apart from the new emojis, you can also edit pictures to insert emojis or draw before sending them. Below is the full list of changes with the lates update.
- New WhatsApp emojis.
- Insert an emoji inside the photos to send to friends, rotating the image automatically the emoji will rotate with it.
- Improvements with the inclusion of texts in images and videos to be sent.
- Several bug fixes and improvements.
This is different from the official changelog listed on the Windows Store listing but we suspect the company hasn’t updated the changelog for the new version.
