WhatsApp today released a new update for the WhatsApp Beta app on Windows Phone, taking it to version 2.17.32 .

The update makes the GIF Search feature, which was hidden in earlier versions, available for users to test. Users are now able to search for GIFs in a special panel, select and edit them, and then post them to users.

Behinds the scenes WhatApp is also continuing to work on turning the messaging app into a Snapchat clone, with improvements to the Status page, new Status Alerts, new Privacy options for your Statuses, the ability to forward status updates, delete status updates and see which status updates you shared,  vCard support, the ability to share multiple updates and  also you can now save your saved photos and videos to the Saved Photos folder,  and improvements to the search UI and increase in the media share limit to 30 MB. Most of these features are hidden in the app and not activated yet, but should appear in new beta versions soon.

See those illustrated in screenshots below from WABetaInfo.
