Vodafone Turkey is partnering with Microsoft to build its own AI assistant named TOBi. Unlike other popular digital assistants, TOBi is focused on a specific use case. Vodafone Turkey will be using TOBi in customer support scenarios where it can respond to customer queries regarding bills, tariffs, devices and prices. Right now, TOBi can respond to text queries, in the future it will be able to understand speeches.

TOBi is built on Microsoft’s Language Understanding Intelligent Service (LUIS) which offers a fast and effective way of adding language understanding to applications.
