Microsoft today announced the release of Visual Studio “15” Preview 4 with many new improvements like new installation experience, upgraded feedback experience for better follow-up and collaboration and more. With the new installation experience, smallest install is less than 500 MB on disk (compared to 6GB in the previous release of Visual Studio).

This release also includes revamped the Start Page experience with new Open and Create features to the most frequently used Recent list and the News feed. New in Visual Studio “15”, the Roaming Extension Manager helps you keep track of all your favorite extensions across all of your development environments. Roaming your extensions keeps track of the extensions you have installed by creating a synchronized list in the cloud.
