Twitter today released a minor update for its official Windows 10 app. The company is fixing some issues on its Windows 10 app, including a major issue related to Direct Messages.

DMs on Twitter app recently stopped working, preventing users from sending a new message or view their previous conversations which is a really annoying issue. With the latest update, Twitter has fixed the issue.

In addition to the fix, Twitter is adding Verified tags for verified account on the main timeline — which means you will now see a verified checkmark near the account name for all the verified accounts you follow in your main Twitter feed.
