Hopefully a sign of the update coming closer, a troubleshooting page for the first Windows phone 7 update has shown up on Microsoft’s support pages.
The page also confirms that the update will include the ability to make a full back-up of the phone, and that a user will be able to restore from multiple restore points, also of course suggesting the Zune desktop software will see an update itself before our phones can be updated also.
