In April we reported that Wileyfox was once again selling Windows 10 Mobile handsets after going into administration in February 2018.

Then at the end of August, they told AAWP that the company had sold out the last of their stock, saying:

“I do apologise we are not getting any more stock of the wileyfox pro.”

Now in a dramatic turnaround, the company told WindowsLatest that not only have they managed to get new stock, but there has been so much demand the handset has gone back into production.

“I just wanted to reach out to let you know the Wileyfox Pro is actually now back in stock and being manufactured again due to popular demand,” Wileyfox’s lead PR manager Thomas Reed said.

Not only that, but the handset has been discounted to only £79.99, which seems to be much closer to a reasonable price for a Snapdragon 210 handset.

To prove their commitment the company even posted a somewhat strange video ad for the device, boasted about the power and security of Windows 10 and Cortana.

The company had been selling to enterprise customers who have already committed to Windows Phone, and who could no longer procure replacement Windows Phones from the likes of Nokia or Alcatel.

If you find yourself in that unenviable situation you can check out Wileyfox’s handset here.
