Recently, the Microsoft Phone app for Windows 10 was leaked online, which is only available for download on Build 10558. Now, as it  seems like, the Phone app coming to the Xbox One, too. The app’s store listing now has screenshots for Mobile and Xbox — which suggests that the app could be coming to the Xbox One soon.

Obviously, this will only be available on the New Xbox One Experience (aka NXOE) – however, it is worth noting that there isn’t any Store on the NXOE which may also mean that the Store could be coming to the Xbox One soon.

For now, we can’t confirm if the Phone app will indeed be usable on the Xbox One or if there will be a Store on the NXOE. However, it won’t surprise us if Microsoft adds a Store for the NXOE as it is based on Windows 10 and it supports Universal Windows Apps as well.

Nonetheless, it’ll be interesting to see how the Phone app would work on the Xbox One. We’ll make sure to keep you up-to-date with the latest info on this, until then, tell us if you’d like to have a Phone app on your Xbox in the comment section below.
