Telegram's Official Windows Phone app hits version 3.0 with a number of new features

Telegram has rolled out another update for its Windows phone app, bumping it up to Version 3.0. This follows the last update to version 2.9 which added support for Telegram’s new, more secure, messaging protocol.
This update is larger and brings a number of new user-facing features to the app, including:
- Search for stickers: start writing in the search bar to quickly access your sticker set or find new stickers in the foreground
- If you have used Telegram to access other websites, you will see a section called Connected with Telegram in the Privacy and Security settings
- Display the text formatted in the captions
- Improved VPN support
- Overall improvement of download /upload speed
- Correction of minor bugs
