Telegram Messenger Beta recently got updated to version 1.11 in Windows Phone Store. This seems to be a minor update with no new features. The last update included quite a number of new features. Find the full change log below.image

New in version 1.12:

  • Dedicated tabs for each one of your custom sticker sets in the sticker panel. Add custom stickers like https://telegram.me/addstickers/Animals
