If you’re wondering why all your Telegram messages are;t being sent or received, its because the service is down in several regions.
According to Telegram, the service is experiencing some disruption in Europe, the Middle East, and CIS regions.
The service will probably be back in a matter of hours, but as of now, access remains spotty and an alternate messaging service is advised.
