Microsoft today announced their new Surface Laptop device targeting the education market. This new Surface laptop device comes pre-installed with Windows 10 S, but users will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro when they really need it. Microsoft is now offering this Windows 10 Pro upgrade for free to all Surface Laptop users until the end of this year. In addition to this free Windows 10 Pro upgrade offer, Microsoft is also giving away free 1 year of Office 365 subscription with each Surface Laptop device.

Microsoft is now taking pre-orders of Surface Laptop. The device starts at $999 for the i5/4GB/128GB base variant and it will be shipping from June 15th later this year.
