Microsoft is bringing Sticky Notes to mobile and has now revealed how this will happen.
It appears rather than dedicated mobile apps, your Sticky Notes will show up in a special tab in the OneNote app on iOS and Android (see screen shot below).
The news was confirmed by Microsoft’s Laura Buttler who wrote:
Erm, this isn't fully in production yet.
But since the cat is out of the bag, yes you want to get OneNote for iOS or Android to access Sticky Notes on your phone.

The feature is part of an updated OneNote app for mobile, which features a new design (if your app is still purple you have the older version).
