After several delays, Spotify is now working in India. Even though Spotify has not officially launched the service, users in India can now sign-up for the service and start enjoying their favorite music. Spotify Premium will cost just 119 INR/per month and you can enjoy 1 month free trial as well. One year premium subscription will cost 1189 INR. And students get 50% discount on the premium subscription pricing. You can also top-up the subscription based on your needs, find the pricing details below.

It looks like Spotify has not included all the local music content it licensed recently as I could not find all the Indian music content which is available on JioSaavn or Gaana.

Note: The roll-out seems to have started only today. If you are unable to find the app in Play Store, you can download the APK and use it. Also, you can use the Spotify Web to sign-up for Premium subscription and enjoy the music.
