Sony's Limited-Edition Death Stranding 2: On the Beach DualSense Controller Details are OUT

Sony has announced a limited-edition DualSense wireless controller on the rellease day of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, launching June 26, 2025. The controller, developed in partnership with Kojima Productions, features custom artwork inspired by the game’s in-world organization, Drawbridge. The design includes the group’s motto and orange logo, adding a visual tie-in to the upcoming PlayStation 5 title.

The controller will retail for $84.99 in the U.S., €84.99 in Europe, £74.99 in the U.K., and ¥12,480 in Japan. The limited edition can be pre-ordered starting May 22 at 10 AM local time through Sony’s online storefront and select retailers.

The release is timed to launch alongside Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, the sequel to Hideo Kojima’s 2019 sci-fi title. Players who purchase the Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Editions will receive 48-hour early access beginning June 24. The new controller joins Sony’s growing lineup of themed hardware drops tied to major game releases.
